The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the inspection of all stock arriving into the warehouse.

Working alongside the Design / Production Team and Warehouse/Online Team, they will ensure the smooth, efficient, and thorough inspection of all stock.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will:

  • Work with the Design and Production Team to ensure timely completion of quality checks before stock is expected in store or online
  • Inspect design sheets prior to commencing production inspection
  • Ensure the efficient and thorough inspection of all stock, providing final approval for Warehouse and Online teams to process orders
  • Inspect styles in accordance with store layouts
  • Process all quality inspection comments and advise suppliers of inspection outcomes
  • Follow up on problem cases with departments affected and keep relevant departments informed of any solutions and updates as required
  • Prompt responses to various factory or supplier questions
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities within the business
  • Other adhoc duties as required by the relevant departments

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Min 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with a fashion company and/or retailer
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge/experience of servicing local & international markets
  • Strong ability to plan, organise, and structure workload in an autonomous manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and good eye for high quality finishes
  • Proficient in computer literacy (MS Excel and Word)
  • Experience of ERP Systems currently used within the Fashion industry
  • A firm understanding of the fashion industry and the importance of timeliness
