Product Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by working closely with various teams including Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support quality objectives and mitigate risks affecting production deliverables.
- Investigate product and production issues, raise non-conformance tickets for triage, support product traceability, take corrective action, and define standards/specifications/processes.
- Work in a modern manufacturing environment supporting incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and end-of-line inspection.
- Lead material review board processes to ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
- Lead supplier quality assurance activities, including supplier development, qualification (PPAP/FAI), ongoing verification.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense/maritime or similar hardware.
- Working knowledge of design review and quality management of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems, and welding.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
