Our Brisbane City location is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our part-time team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café by assisting with all aspects of food and beverage service, including taking orders, operating a point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine, and maintaining service areas to food safety standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will interact with people regularly, requiring a friendly positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent time management skills. You will also need to be flexible and available to work 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a barista within a fast-paced establishment (min 2 years)
  • High volume experience and ability to work on multiple orders at once
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good cash handling skills and ability to multitask
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Exceptional presentation and grooming
