Heavy Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Workshop Supervisor to oversee our well-equipped workshop, ensuring the reliable performance of our 24/7 heavy vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include leading a team of workshop technicians to deliver high-quality servicing and repairs, while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime
- Monitor and drive team performance, providing clear direction and accountability
- Manage workflow scheduling, parts requirements, and job allocation
Qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- A Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic trade qualification
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a heavy vehicle workshop environment
- HR/HC driver licence (highly regarded)
- Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
