About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Planner to join our team at Ventia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing asset maintenance plans for assets within the contract. This includes managing asset lifecycle, preventative and planned maintenance, and high-priority service orders.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and process QFM asset/master data changes
• Schedule, dispatch, and monitor routine maintenance and service orders issued to the workforce
• Maintain technical procedures, work instructions, inspections, and checklists and ensure availability/access within technical packages and QA systems
• Maintain work schedules, including scheduling data, internal and subcontractor resources, resource data changes, and de-activating resources
• Provide triage and custodianship of all scheduling faults, requests, and problems

Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in planning or facilities maintenance experience
• Blue card working with children (highly desirable/ability to obtain)
• Strong technical understanding of compliance
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a risk-based approach to decision-making
• Strong maintenance planning experience, time management, and communication skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems
