  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams, contractors, investors, and government authorities.
  • Building and mentoring high-performance teams to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of delivering large-scale residential or retirement living projects, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership capability.
