Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Stamford Plaza Adelaide. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hotel's front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and maintenance
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and develop marketing strategies
  • Manage the hotel's online presence and social media channels
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a 5-star hotel
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or similar
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Advanced working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure situations
  • Exceptional time management skills and cultural awareness
