About the Role
This role is a key part of our Tasmania Talent Pathway Programs, contributing significantly to their operation.
Regional Assistant Development Coaches primarily support the Regional Development Coach in developing our Tasmania Talent Pathway Players.
Our unique football landscape focuses on individual player development, driving a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for players and a respectful culture within the region.
- Support the relevant coach in planning training and match days.
- Drive and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for players and a respectful culture within the region.
- Work with individual players to improve fundamental skills and provide guidance and confidence in their football careers.
- Act as a line coach, overseeing responsibilities of educating players under your charge.
