Quality Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering professional to lead the development and execution of quality engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of quality engineering processes and procedures.
  • Develop and execute test strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform quality engineering strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in software quality engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and TOSCA.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and genAI.
  • Understanding of system architecture and performance optimization techniques.
