Strategic Business and Family Advisory Professional

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team at Pitcher Partners, where you will play a pivotal role in creating value and driving improvements for our clients through comprehensive advisory services.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth. As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, conducting thorough analyses and assessments, and developing tailored strategies to enhance clients' financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistency in exceptional client service, and conduct thorough analyses and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate and prioritize workflow management among direct reports, ensuring tasks and projects are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed timelines.
- Team Development: Contribute to the development of the team through the continuous building and sharing of knowledge, while also engaging in ongoing personal career growth.
- Career Coaching: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Four plus years supervising, leading, and mentoring staff in a business advisory environment.
- Degree-qualified and having completed CA/CPA qualification.
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, Now Infinity, Practice Ignition, and Great Soft.
- Ability to undertake various tax planning recommendations for clients and prepare financial statements and tax returns for multiple and complex entities.
- Possesses a positive and proactive approach to delivering superior support and commercial advice to clients.
- Strong numeracy and analytic skills with the ability to interpret and make sense of data.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to be agile with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and influence both internal and external stakeholders to build relationships.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with supervisor and staff and ability to coach, mentor, and lead staff.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
