About the Role:


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Services & Corporate Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end taxation and business advisory clients.


About You:


To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar degree and a minimum of 8 years of Business Advisory experience from a mid-tier or top-tier professional services environment. You will also have a proven track record of managing client relationships and supervising junior staff, as well as in-depth technical taxation and compliance experience.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and find solutions for clients' needs.
  • Day-to-day management of the team including workflow and job reviews.
  • Provide exceptional client service and be the first point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct technical research to provide taxation and business advice to the portfolio of clients.
  • Review financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for High Net Wealth Families and associated entities including Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, and Trusts.
  • Support the team to deliver exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs.
  • Meet with existing clients of the firm and develop new business with prospective clients.
  • Scope and manage budgets to optimize productivity for your team.

As a Senior Manager with our Business Services & Corporate Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly respected mid-tier accounting, audit, and financial advisory services practice. Qualifications & Experience:



  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, managing client relationships and supervising junior staff.
  • In-depth technical taxation and compliance experience.
  • High-level, confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with various accounting software products such as XERO, MYOB, APS, etc.
