Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience, as well as minimum 2 years' recruitment experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to interview and provide constructive feedback are essential for this role.

In addition to a competitive salary, full-time position (38 hours per week), and annual remuneration between $105,000 and $130,000 (negotiable).

Duties:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
  • Liaise with senior management and hiring managers on recruitment of senior business positions.
  • Take job specs, write job adverts, attend networking events, make placements, and mentor fellow consultants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to interview and provide constructive feedback.
Benefits:
  • Annual remuneration between $105,000 and $130,000 (negotiable).
