Job Description

The role of Practice Manager is an exciting opportunity to lead a community-focused practice in providing excellent care to patients.

This full-time position involves overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that our team can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating staff, building strong relationships with patients, and maintaining a well-organised and compliant practice.

You will also play a key role in managing schedules, stock, and suppliers, and contributing to the growth and development of the practice through identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day practice operations to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Supporting and developing staff to enable them to perform at their best.
  • Building positive relationships with patients and driving patient satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a well-organised and compliant practice environment.
  • Effectively managing schedules, stock, and suppliers.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
Requirements:

Essential qualifications include experience of NHS contract management, good understanding of NHS regulations, and proficiency in Exact/Dentally software.

A people person who is approachable, supportive, and a great communicator, as well as being organised and reliable with a keen eye for detail, are also essential requirements.

Desirable qualifications include experience in managing a team, familiarity with Boxly CRM & Voicestack, and GDC registration.
