We are seeking a skilled engineer to support the delivery of minor rail signalling improvement projects under a collaborative model.

About the Role:
  • Provide on-site engineering support for signalling infrastructure upgrades and renewals within a heavy haul rail network
  • Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications
  • Conduct on-site inspections, quality checks, and verification activities throughout construction
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years' experience in rail signalling project delivery, preferably within heavy haul or freight rail environments
  • Strong site-based experience with installation, testing and commissioning of rail signalling systems
  • Familiarity with Australian rail signalling standards

This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, as well as the ability to interpret and validate signalling designs for constructability and technical compliance.
