Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain beverage manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Monitor product quality, maintaining 100% compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct daily cleaning, inspections, and corrective maintenance to optimize efficiency.
  • Support preventative maintenance and shutdowns to rebuild equipment to standard.
  • Complete testing, calibration, and reporting to maintain quality control.
  • Cultivate a culture of performance and improvement by guiding team members.
About the Role
  • Proven experience operating and maintaining production line equipment in a FMCG environment.
  • Relevant trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and coaching abilities within a team setting.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Manufacturing principles desirable.
  • Comfortable using computer systems for reporting and process management.
