About this role

As a Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge with customers, engaging them in conversations about their beverage preferences and making product recommendations. Your enthusiasm, energy, and pace will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to customers on various types of liquor, including ale, lager, merlot, and shiraz.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing products on shelves, ensuring that the store is well-presented at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Ensure that the store is secure, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and liquor management.
