Our organization seeks a Quality and Supplier Engagement Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of food and beverage products through our Loading Dock.

This individual will oversee procedures for housekeeping, monitor short dates and report any issues on the Loading Dock. They will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to uphold the integrity of our food supply chain.

  • The successful candidate will ensure all items meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • They will assist the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in training and complying Loading Dock staff with Quality processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all reporting tools are up-to-date and followed through for close-off accordingly.
  • Attend supplier engagement meetings to discuss daily operations and install proactive communication and solutions.
  • Review and monitor food and beverage goods received to the Loading Dock, including reviewing expiry dates, weight, quality, and packaging.

We are looking for an individual with experience in a Food & Beverage production environment. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with suppliers to conduct regular inspections of delivery vehicles.
  • Working closely with outlet Chefs to ensure all orders are received and stored in a timely manner each day.
