About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Gold Coast area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, enabling them to maintain their independence and live their best life possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to customers in their homes, including personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.
  • Assist customers with daily living and lifestyle requirements, such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
  • Support customers with complex and/or challenging needs, and monitor their well-being and progress.
  • Provide updates on customer progress following each service, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Aged Care or Disability Support, or hold a relevant qualification such as a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a current First Aid certificate/CPR.
  • A current Australian Drivers License and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Smartphone with internet access and a current Working with Children Check (preferred).
