Customer Delivery Role

The primary focus of this position is on supervising customer delivery operations, from labour activities to aircraft movements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to prevent delays and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Investigate operational issues to root cause level and implement corrective actions.
  • Support team development and provide coaching to ensure optimum levels of team and individual performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar environment with responsibility for teams and operations.
  • Experience with customer service, inventory management and process improvement.
  • Business acumen understanding and ability to build constructive working relationships.
