As a skilled Rigger in our Hoist team, you'll work with a crew delivering quality equipment and customer solutions. Safety is always the top priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rigging activities, including installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of hoists and crane decks.
  • Work alongside riggers and electricians on different sites between Coolangatta and the Sunshine Coast.
  • Ensure equipment is regularly inspected, serviced, and maintained as per guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues during installation, maintenance, repair or dismantle with support from the team.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Advanced or Intermediate Riggers Ticket
  • MR/HR license (preferred)
  • Forklift ticket (preferred)
  • Construction White Card
  • Experience in the hoist or crane industry or mechanical/structural trades background with rigging experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hoist rigging techniques, regulations, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
