Lead Business Analyst - Finance and Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives in the finance and operations space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit detailed information about the client's needs.
  • Develop functional designs and implementation plans for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations components.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and project management skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on finance and operations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technology direction.
  • Experience delivering projects in a Waterfall environment.
  • Advanced understanding of business processes and commercial acumen.
