We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team and take on the role of Senior Project Manager on various infrastructure projects locally, nationally, and internationally.
About the Role:- Deliver world-class sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.
- Lead our project management team and undertake the role of Senior Project Manager on multiple infrastructure projects.
- Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
