Senior Infrastructure Project Lead

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary objective is to ensure project success by working closely with stakeholders and site managers.
- Lead construction site and safety managers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Foster a culture of safety at all site installations.
- Oversee installations and ensure compliance with global methodologies and standards.
- Provide guidance and support for on-site challenges.
- Contribute to project evaluations, risk mitigation, and installation timelines.
Manage resource and capacity planning effectively. Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to drive project success.
A Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent is required. 5–10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a global organisation, is preferred.
Project DeliveryYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while driving continuous improvement and best practices. This includes:
- Leading project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- A strong understanding of WHS principles and regulations.
