We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QHSE Administrator to join our team at Clough. As a QHSE Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Corporate QHSE team in maintaining various quality systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate QHSE team, including maintaining status control of raised NCR's, CAR's, SI's, and facilitating action tracking and closure.
  • Establish and maintain spreadsheets and records for controlling and managing quality activities.
  • Organize record keeping, data gathering, and distributing, reporting, and maintenance of QHSE documentation.
  • Collate and arrange information for project quality monthly reports.
  • Enter, maintain, and update data on the Governance & Sustainability portal.
  • Provide administrative support for Governance & Sustainability and Injury Management & Workers Compensation, as needed.

Requirements

  • Extensive software skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience administering QHSE reporting tools.
  • Reporting and analytical experience, with a preference for Power BI experience.
  • Internet research abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Professional discretion.
