Estimator Position

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to deliver project estimates and manage project costs. The successful candidate will determine resources, schedules, and costs associated with project delivery.

  • The Estimator will leverage market knowledge to determine competitive sell rates, ensuring profitable project delivery for our customers.
  • The role involves developing estimates for specialized services, considering all aspects to ensure alignment with work scope, schedule, engineering, and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cost estimation, tendering, and contracting principles. They will be responsible for developing and managing approval and distribution of Basis of Estimate and Bid Review/Approval documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop estimates for EnerMech's Specialized Services.
  2. Manage approval and distribution of Basis of Estimate and Bid Review/Approval documentation.
  3. Perform Cost Estimate escalation calculations.
  4. Perform the project Cost Risk Analysis and provide analysis reporting.
  5. Perform benchmarking on cost estimates and identify and report any deviations and causes.
  6. Develop and evaluate Sub-contractor/Vendor RFQ's.
  7. Assist Cost Controllers to monitor and manage project progress against the budget estimate.
  8. Develop, monitor, and report cost estimate management of change documentation and approvals.
  9. Assist with corporate reporting & analysis.
