Seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our team in securing new projects through detailed cost estimation and analysis.

About the Role

This pivotal position involves:

  • Providing accurate measurements of material quantities and associated costs within prospective projects.
  • Preparing comprehensive cost estimates, obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for precise cost estimation.
  • Analyzing contractual, commercial, technical, and risk features associated with each tender.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will have proven experience in estimating large-scale projects within the Western Australian civil construction sector. You will possess:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is essential.
