About the Role

Susquehanna is seeking a highly skilled Equity Analyst to join our Research team. As an Equity Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying investment opportunities and providing in-depth analysis to support our trading activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of companies and industries to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and economic conditions
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and traders to develop and implement investment strategies
  • Provide timely and insightful analysis of market news and events
  • Evaluate financial statements and perform stock valuation analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including company management and industry experts
  • Travel to company events and conferences as required
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in finance or a related field
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from an Australian or New Zealand University
  • Prior experience in fundamental company research and analysis
  • Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products
  • Working knowledge of all major asset classes
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
