Job Title: Equity Analyst

Overview

Susquehanna's Research team is seeking a highly skilled Equity Analyst to partner with our senior analysts and traders to identify investment opportunities. As an Equity Analyst, you will be responsible for finding opportunities that other market participants may not be capitalizing on, either by discovering new information or considering existing knowledge from a different perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth country and sector-level analysis to provide opinions on breaking news
  • Collaborate with derivative traders on investment ideas and perform stock valuation analysis
  • Identify and analyze catalyst events for the stocks or sector under coverage
  • Forecast dividends and evaluate special situations such as mergers and acquisitions
  • Travel to company events and conferences as required

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline, with a strong academic record
  • Prior exposure to fundamental company research preferred
  • Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products preferred
