Job Title: Community Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Community Experience Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional community experiences that bring our brand to life.

This role involves assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging in-person and digital community experiences, supporting the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships, and coordinating event logistics including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging in-person and digital community experiences
  • Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience
  • Stay across experiential trends and competitor activity to keep us at the forefront of community engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset – take initiative and lead projects forward with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations
