Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our team as Sous Chef.

Pullman Sydney Olympic Park is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Sydney's sports and entertainment precinct, adjacent to Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena.

The hotel offers modern rooms and suites with stunning park and city views, premium amenities including Bacar Restaurant & Bar, and access to a fully equipped fitness centre.

In this key role, you will assist the Executive Chef and Senior Chefs in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are met.

You will manage food preparation and production to deliver innovative dishes exceeding guest expectations, drive training and development of kitchen team members, and collaborate with senior chefs to design menus for special occasions and events.

Key Requirements:

  • A highly experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a proven track record in a hotel setting.
  • A confident leader adaptable to situations and able to work across sections.
  • Creative and passionate about elevating the guests' dining experience.
  • Appropriate trade and food safety qualifications.
