Clinical Research Nurse - Haematology Clinical Research

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team in the Haematology Department at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of clinical research projects.

Job Description

The Haematology Department at Concord Repatriation General Hospital is a leading provider of treatment and care for patients with blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma, as well as other blood disorders such as blood clots and anaemia. Our multidisciplinary team includes haematologists, specialist nurses, pathologists, radiologists, radiation oncologists, allied health clinicians and clinical research staff who work together to provide holistic patient care.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team and contribute to the development of innovative therapies for leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood disorders. They will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, managing data and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical trials and manage data

  • Contribute to the development of innovative therapies for leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood disorders
Requirements
  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking
  • Experience and/or interest in pursuing further training in clinical research
