Job Opportunity: Site Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team in the Middlemount, Moranbah, and Moura regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional administrative skills, a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail. As a Site Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing support to our teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration.
  • Certificate II in Business (desired).
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
