NDIS Service Coordinator

Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in NDIS services, with a focus on care coordination and patient outcomes.
- A current NDIS Screening check and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module.
- Proven experience in rostering and care coordination, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to effectively use a database to manage client information.

- A high level of interpersonal skills and a person-centred approach, with a focus on building trust and confidence with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use tact and diplomacy in difficult situations.
- A thorough understanding of client confidentiality and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
