Healthcare Operations Management

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee the operations of highly personalised digital health experiences.

This role involves planning, organising and delivering processes, as well as optimising efficiency in support of our Digital Health products and services. You will ensure our propositions are supported through integration opportunities with other parts of the ecosystem while ensuring viability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Planning and Optimisation: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through process optimisation for existing and new Bupa products/services.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality assurance protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication to engage with managers, teams, and vendors.
  • Business Administration: Manage business administration tasks, document processes, and collect data for our Digital Health propositions.
  • Operational Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sustainable operational partnerships within Bupa.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven business administration experience within healthcare.
  • Successful track record in process optimisation, quality assurance principles, and knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Values-based leadership style with delegation and organisational control, conflict management, and proficiency in general business software.
