About the Role

As a Strategic Delivery Director within our dynamic Tribe at HBF Australia, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the seamless execution of a strategic program from discovery through to delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive a strategically important initiative that directly impacts our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own solutions within the Squad, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to delivery both within the Squad and across HBF.
  • Manage program delivery within defined capacity and budget constraints.
  • Communicate your program vision to stakeholders through clear storytelling, ensuring alignment and buy-in across teams.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while providing regular updates to Senior Leadership and the Board.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Program / Delivery Leader / Product Manager with demonstrable previous experience in a highly regulated environment such as Insurance or Financial Services.

You should have a proven track record of delivering and presenting effectively, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, influencing organisational change, and communicating complex issues.

A collaborative approach, strong relationships, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
