Job Summary:

Outcare, a leading provider of re-engagement and justice support services, seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth and impact. As a strategic leader, you will provide direction, oversee daily operations, and work closely with Outcare's Executive Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with the strategic plan and legislative requirements.

The Role:
We seek an experienced Managing Director who can champion our ethos, directly contributing to our purpose to empower people to live their best life, reducing disadvantage within our community. You will be responsible for developing engaging partnerships with government and non-government stakeholders, driving sustainability, growth, and excellence across all areas of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the organisation's Vision, Purpose, and Values.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government and non-government stakeholders, community partners, and the broader community.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with regulations, and delivery of high-quality services.
• Financial Stewardship: Ensure the financial health of the organisation, developing sustainable revenue streams and managing budgets effectively.
• Innovation and Growth: Champion new initiatives and approaches that enhance service delivery and expand the organisation's reach and impact.

Requirements:
You are a strategic and dynamic leader with a proven track record in senior management roles. You have a passion for making a positive social impact and embody the values that drive our work - respect, compassion, courage, resilience, and collaboration. Your ability to lead with empathy, while making tough decisions with integrity, will be key to your success in this role. Essential skills and experience include:
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a purpose-driven organisation or sector.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving sustainable growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• A track record of leading teams with respect and compassion, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment.
• Demonstrated resilience and courage in navigating complex challenges and making difficult decisions.
• A forward-thinking, innovative mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
