Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Mortgage Broker to manage online, phone, and walk-in customer enquiries. As a self-employed, full-time, commission-based opportunity, you'll be responsible for building rapport with clients, managing end-to-end processing of mortgage applications, and finding suitable loan solutions. You'll also liaise with local banks and real estate agents, and support customers with lending needs beyond home loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and provide expert advice on mortgage solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial needs
  • Process mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Research and recommend suitable loan products to meet customer needs
  • Liaise with local banks and real estate agents to facilitate mortgage applications
  • Support customers with lending needs beyond home loans, including car loans and insurance

Requirements

  • Previous finance experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and manage a self-employed business
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
