Living Sectors Property Market Analyst/Advisor

As a Senior Living Sectors Property Market Analyst/Advisor, you will be responsible for providing in-depth research and analysis on the Australian living sectors property markets. This includes all forms of housing such as build-to-rent, multifamily housing, purpose-built student accommodation, co-living, affordable housing, and build-to-sell.

  • Develop and manage complex analytics projects to deliver high-quality research and insights to clients.
  • Build relationships with clients to assist with their investment decisions by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct real estate market analysis, identify trends, and provide detailed analytics and modeling using best-in-class data.
  • Support business development and client engagement activities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Maintain and improve CBRE's VAS living dataset/platform to ensure it remains a leading resource for industry professionals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in economic/investment or property research roles, providing a detailed understanding of residential and commercial property markets.
  • Proven track record of executing and presenting research reports and consultancy advice.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian economy and its influence on commercial property markets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write in-depth analytical property papers in a concise style.
  • Ability to develop trust and build relationships with internal and external clients.
