Property Market Analyst Opportunity

Our team is seeking a seasoned property market analyst to join our dynamic group of professionals.

  • As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights on Australian property markets, with a focus on the living sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide research-backed insights and analysis on property market trends, including housing types such as build-to-rent, multifamily housing, PBSA, co-living, affordable housing, and build-to-sell.

Collaborate with clients to design and deliver complex analytics projects that meet their investment needs.

Conduct real estate market analysis, identify trends, and provide detailed analytics and modeling using best-in-class data.

Support business development and client engagement activities, providing input and recommendations on maintaining and enhancing the company's living dataset/platform.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in economic, investment, or property research. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of residential and commercial property markets.
  • Proven ability to execute and present research reports and consultancy advice.
  • A good understanding of the Australian economy and its impact on commercial property markets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality analytical papers.
  • The ability to build trust and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
