A day in the life:

  1. Manage daily operations including store cleanliness and presentation
  2. Plan and execute store tasks including rosters and marketing promotions
  3. Lead by example and drive Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experience
  4. Manage people related tasks including recruitment, training and development, coaching, feedback and performance management
  5. Budget management and control of labour spend, stock levels and other controllable expenses
  6. Foster a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued
  7. Ensure all golden standards are upheld at all times

About You:

  • Previous management experience of minimum 2 years is essential
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to lead and effectively communicate
  • Energetic, positive and guest focused with a can-do attitude
