Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and trusted Business Intelligence (BI) expert to join our dynamic team, where innovation meets excellence. As a BI Platform Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions and supporting global operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and enhancing platform performance to optimize end-user experience and improve overall business process workflows. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess platform capabilities, and convey system limitations and opportunities for improvement.

In addition, you will design, configure, and document platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices. You will oversee development and testing processes, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to ensure successful implementation.

Furthermore, you will identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and data quality. You will troubleshoot user requests, addressing technical issues related to workflows, security, and interfaces to support problem resolution.

Finally, you will create test scripts, participate in user acceptance testing, and develop training materials to assist with end-user training and adoption.

Requirements

You're a skilled and trusted BI expert with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. With hands-on expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (BW), including SAP BW on HANA, SAP ABAP, and SAP BusinessObjects, you thrive in environments where enterprise reporting and customer support intersect.

You're confident working with tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Analysis for Office, and you bring a forward-thinking mindset with knowledge of next-gen technologies like SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.

You've successfully delivered complex BI applications, dashboards, and reports, and you're known for your ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
