Business Intelligence Professional

This is a challenging role for an experienced Business Intelligence expert to join our dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting our global BI application environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Enhance platform performance to optimize user experience and improve overall business process workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess platform capabilities, and convey system limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, configure, and document platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee development and testing processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and data quality.
  • Troubleshoot user requests, addressing technical issues related to workflows, security, and interfaces to support problem resolution.
  • Create test scripts, participate in user acceptance testing, and develop training materials to assist with end-user training and adoption.
  • Share expertise to improve team competence and ensure smooth platform operations.

You are a skilled and trusted Business Intelligence expert with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. With hands-on expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP ABAP, and SAP BusinessObjects, you thrive in environments where enterprise reporting and customer support intersect.

You have a forward-thinking mindset with knowledge of next-gen technologies like SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere. You've successfully delivered complex BI applications, dashboards, and reports, and you're known for your ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on expertise in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) - including SAP BW on HANA, SAP ABAP, and SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Knowledge of next-gen technologies like SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
  • Experience in delivering complex BI applications, dashboards, and reports.
  • Able to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
