Business Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a key position in our team, responsible for providing administrative support to Senior Service Officers. As an Advisor in this role, you will be working closely with colleagues to manage and process personal insolvency interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage competing priorities and work under limited supervision.
  • Respond to client needs in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage escalated, sensitive, and complex personal insolvency matters.
  • Engage empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds to address a range of complex issues.
  • Apply technical knowledge to support staff training and coaching.
  • Provide assistance to Senior Services Officers through various communication channels.
  • Assess and process complex matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance across databases and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting, or relevant discipline are highly desirable.
  • The ability to interpret legislation is essential.
  • Experience within the Insolvency or Finance Industries is preferred.
