We are seeking a seasoned IT expert to join our team as a Senior IT Solution Engineer. This role requires an individual with exceptional technical skills and experience in managing end-user computing (EUC) projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex EUC issues, driving the development of technical strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EUC Project Management: Manage and drive EUC projects to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic skills to resolve complex EUC issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
  • Technical Escalation Point: Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex BAU EUC tickets requiring expert-level diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT Operations experience with focus on EUC technical troubleshooting.
  • ITIL Processes: Strong experience with ITIL processes and service management principles.
  • Ticketing Systems: Proficient in the use of IT ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
