About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WHS Advisor to join our team at Howard Recruitment. As a WHS Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manager in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Lead safety meetings and training sessions
  • Manage safety documentation and reporting
  • Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of safety
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in safety-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and safety principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
