Job Description

The Assistant Director will leverage their expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate the centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with local community networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
  • Collaborate with Centre Director to lead the team and ensure high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for overall management of the centre in Centre Director's absence.
  • Implement and maintain Goodstart Practice Guide.
