About the company;

Our client is a leading provider of electronic security construction, service, and maintenance. They have been operating for over 50 years and work across defense, government, healthcare, facilities management, and large-scale assets. Due to growth in their service portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Service Team Leader/Supervisor to manage a team of technicians.

Day-to-day duties (but not limited to):

  • Manage a team of technicians conducting service and maintenance of electronic security systems
  • Work on defense bases
  • Collaborate with a supportive service team
  • Potential regional and away-from-home work (optional)
  • Work on security panels and Gallagher systems (Gallagher knowledge is a plus but not essential)
  • Report to a branch manager
  • Coordinate service runs that suit your location

Selection Criteria:

  • Valid QLD security license
  • Cabling license
  • Two recent references
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to pass a medical examination
  • At least two years of relevant on-site experience
