About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a senior store leader, you will shape memorable interactions and foster strong community connections.

With a passion for liquor and experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, you will work closely with the store manager to maintain a fantastic store appearance and build a high-performing team.

You will oversee inventory, create a welcoming atmosphere, and make a meaningful impact through your friendly service. This opportunity allows you to learn about our products and grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Social skills and enjoy interacting with people
  • Strong administrative abilities, including payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and maintaining organization
  • A drive to achieve store goals and boost sales
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain one
