Job Description

The Mastermyne Group is a leading mining services group providing a diverse range of services and products to underground operations across Australia. We are currently seeking an Estimation and Bid Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for estimating and bid management, working closely with our commercial and tendering team to deliver high-quality estimates and bids. You will also be involved in coordinating tender expectations with our Senior Operational Managers and Executive Management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting client scopes and appreciating clients' underlying drivers
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates from first principles
  • Building cost estimates for labor, equipment, and maintenance
  • Creating unit rates, fixed-price, and schedule-of-rates style contracts
  • Preparing tender returnable schedules, org charts, equipment lists, materials takeoffs, production calculations, submissions, presentations, and Quality Assurance documentation for tenders

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estimation and Bid Manager who can deliver high-quality estimates and bids while working in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment.
