Senior Manager, Profile Planning

The Senior Manager, Profile Planning will be responsible for leading a team of 2 direct reports with a focus on financial and strategic modelling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing key financial models related to business metrics, workforce planning, and cost allocation.
  • Managing end-to-end modelling processes to assess and report financial impacts.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the Director, Finance Planning & Analysis.
  • Providing expertise in strategic analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
  • Delivering insights to support executive decision-making, budgeting, risk, and ROI assessment.

The successful applicant should meet the following criteria:

  • Extensive senior-level finance experience in complex, fast-changing organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards, with deep technical expertise handling large datasets and financial systems.
  • Proven leadership with experience in project management and change delivery in large-scale transformations.
  • Ability to lead and build high-performing teams in commercially focused settings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • High business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset and strategic planning skills.
